Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Nothing is deleted. Collaborators, chat and link exchanges are never limited on any plan. Where a plan has a cap, such as paid links, domain monitoring or domains, you keep what you have and cannot add more until you upgrade; paid links beyond the cap are hidden until then. Free allowances for checks, refreshes and Find Listicles searches are one-time, and Pro and Pro Max allowances renew every 30 days.
Do my collaborators need a paid plan?
No. Collaborators can use BacklinkOS on any plan, including the free plan. Shared tracking works regardless of which plan either side is on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel from your Billing page and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, the unused value of your current plan is credited towards the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20%. The change takes effect immediately, and the unused value of your current plan is automatically credited towards the new billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
You don't need one. The Free plan is free for as long as you use it, with no credit card required, and it includes everything between you and your partners. Upgrade to Pro or Pro Max whenever you want automated monitoring, the full Find Link Partners directory and monthly allowances.
What is the difference between Pro and Pro Max?
Both open Find Link Partners fully with search, filters and unlimited invites, and both add automated monitoring, Slack alerts and the weekly digest. Pro is $19 a month with monthly monitoring, 200 instant checks, 200 metric refreshes and 50 Find Listicles searches a month, 250 paid links, 500 domain-monitoring links and 25 domains. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed by Razorpay, or by Paddle in countries Razorpay doesn't support — Paddle also handles sales tax and VAT for those purchases.
